Here you will find all the information, feedback forms and certificates you will need to wrap up your Roots of Empathy programs/programmes.

If you have not yet submitted the year end feedback forms/artwork for the 2022/2023 program/programme year, please do so as soon as possible.

Student feedback and artwork ( hard copy ) can be submitted electronically using the email addresses on the dashboard, or sent by mail to Roots of Empathy Head office. Photos and permission forms can be uploaded using the link provided on the dashboard. Details are available on the Program/Programme Wrap Up Tab.

This feedback offers ROE invaluable knowledge into our program/programme impact and informs the Annual Program/Programme Evaluation (APE) for your region. Thank you for completing this final step of your program/programme.
