At the end of October, Roots of Empathy was honoured to be inducted into HundrED's Hall of Fame for education innovation.

An extraordinary and prestigious honour - that follows 5 years of recognition of Roots of Empathy in HundrED's annual evaluation of thousands of education innovations from around the world, - and its rigorous evaluation process - evaluated by the HundrED Academy of academics, educators, innovators, funders, and leaders from many, many different countries whose purpose is to help "every child flourish, no matter what happens in life."

The main point is to thank Instructors, Mentor & Trainers for their contributions to this major honour and share to be able to share it with their contacts.

An outside prestigious organization recognizes that Roots of Empathy is an effective and scalable in education.

ROE is only 1 of 4 education innovations inducted globally for 2023 for education innovation.

Specifically, Roots of Empathy had to demonstrate sustained impact and scalability, and provide evidence of being responsive to the current needs in education worldwide over the last five years.

That responsiveness includes:

That the Roots of Empathy classroom program is a children’s mental health and wellbeing program, a bullying reduction prevention program, an emotional literacy program, and an empathy program. It is evidence based and highly praised by teachers, students, and researchers because it works. Roots of Empathy has reached over 1 million children to date.
